The Hollywood Foreign Press Association joins with Feeding America®

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), MRC and NBC today announced that Feeding America will be a philanthropic partner of the 78th Annual Golden Globe Awards® airing LIVE Sunday, February 28, 2021, coast-to-coast, at 5pm PT/8 pm ET on NBC. As previously announced, this year’s Golden Globe Awards will broadcast live from Los Angeles and New York for the first ever bicoastal telecast. Tina Fey will be live from the famed Rainbow Room and Amy Poehler from the iconic Beverly Hilton.

Feeding America® is the largest hunger-relief and food rescue organization in the United States, serving more than 40 million people through a network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs. Over the last year, Feeding America has helped provide food to millions of people who have experienced food insecurity as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many for the first time. Throughout the telecast, viewers will be made aware of Feeding America’s COVID-19 response efforts. 

In its 30th anniversary as the official champagne of the Golden Globes, Moet & Chandon will be joining the HFPA, dick clark productions and NBC by putting a spin on their charitable initiative “Toast For a Cause” in support of Feeding America as well.
