HISPANICIZE TO CELEBRATE HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH WITH VIRTUAL & LIVE IN-PERSON EVENTS FROM COAST TO COAST

WHAT:

Hispanicize announces its plans to host simultaneous virtual and live in-person full-day events on both coasts, preceded by a series of virtual Hispanicize VODCasts and a live in-studio special during Hispanic Heritage Month spanning 30 days. Kicking off the celebrations will be a Tecla Award Nomination special live from Los Angeles on September 15th, followed by three virtual Hispanicize VODCasts, hangouts on September 22nd, and then Sept 29th and October 6th digging deep into a wide range of subjects that will celebrate, unite and entertain Latinx viewers. The month-long celebration will close out Hispanic Heritage Month with a full day virtual and live in-person Hispanicize Summit taking place simultaneously in Los Angeles and Miami on October 15th. Both costs will have live audiences consisting of top Latinx influencers, tastemakers, celebrities, and community leaders. Sponsors will have a multitude of opportunities to organically integrate into all of the festivities with on-site and virtual activations amplified by Hispanicize and its roster Latinx influencers and tens of thousands of Latinx attendees.

About Hispanicize: Founded in 2010, Hispanicize is the largest event of its kind. NGL Collective acquired Hispanicize in 2019, just in time to celebrate the franchises' 10th Anniversary. About the 2021 Tecla Award:  The Tecla Awards recognize the best of the best among Latinx influencers and are considered by many to be the most coveted award of its kind. Born out of Hispanicize’s DNA and massive Latinx Influencers' fanbase, the TECLAS is always a highlight. Now in its 6th installment, this year’s TECLAS will uniquely combine the worlds of virtual and live in-person interactions to make the 2021 Experience, unlike anything Hispanicize has ever done.

Nominees across 8 categories will be selected by a curated group of judges from across the Latinx media and entertainment world, leaving the actual voting to the general public to decide each of the winners.
