Il Fiorista will be open on Thanksgiving from 12pm to 7pm, serving a three-course prefix chef’s Thanksgiving menu for $85 per person as well as a limited a la carte menu. For the Thanksgiving menu it will be family style sharing the first course hot/cold appetizer, the second course is an individual boneless chamomile brined turkey roulade, herbed stuffing and gravy & cranberry relish, served with sautéed Swiss chard, and Fennel au Gratin. The third course is the traditional dessert of Pecan Pie and Chocolate Mousse.
