Three-Part Panel Series Returns This Spring


The Off-Broadway Alliance is bringing back its signature seminar series this spring, offering a comprehensive guide to producing Off-Broadway shows. The three-part series, titled How to Produce Your Off-Broadway Show, will take place on the first Sunday of April, May, and June at The Theater Center (210 West 50th Street, 4th Floor).

Each seminar will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a networking session with complimentary bagels and coffee from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m.

Seminar Schedule:

Sunday, April 6: Artistic and Financial Planning

Learn how to produce a workshop or reading, assemble a budget, and hire a general manager and attorney to start fundraising.

Sunday, May 4: Finding a Venue and Assembling a Creative Team

Explore venue selection, schedule performances, and hire a director, choreographer, and designer.

Sunday, June 1: Marketing and Promotion

Understand branding, advertising strategies, social media engagement, and press outreach.

Registration & Admission

Admission is $5 per session to partially cover event costs. Pre-registration is required, and attendees are encouraged to submit questions for panelists in advance.
