KUMAIL NANJIANI, MICHAEL URIE, AND JENN HARRIS TO JOIN TONY AWARD-WINNING HIT COMEDY OH, MARY!
CAST JOINS JINKX MONSOON AS ‘MARY TODD LINCOLN’ BEGINNING AUGUST 4
Producers Kevin McCollum & Lucas McMahon and Mike Lavoie & Carlee Briglia announced today that Oh, Mary!, the Tony Award-winning hit comedy, will welcome three new company members this August. Beginning Monday, August 4, Oscar and Emmy Award nominee Kumail Nanjiani (Marvel’s Eternals, The Big Sick), 2025 Emmy Award nominee Michael Urie (Apple TV+’s Shrinking, Once Upon a Mattress), and Jenn Harris (American Fiction, Elsbeth) will join the production as “Mary’s Husband,” “Mary’s Teacher,” and “Mary’s Chaperone” respectively, for performances through September 28.
Nanjiani, Urie, and Harris will debut in the show alongside Jinkx Monsoon (RuPaul’s Drag Race, Doctor Who, Pirates! The Penzance Musical), who, as previously announced, will take over the role of ‘Mary Todd Lincoln’ beginning August 4 through September 28. Oh, Mary! marks Nanjiani and Harris’s Broadway debuts.
Conrad Ricamora, James Scully, and Bianca Leigh, who originated their roles Off-Broadway at the Lucille Lortel and on Broadway at the Lyceum Theatre, along with current ‘Mary Todd Lincoln,’ Tituss Burgess, will play their final performances on August 2, 2025. Tony Macht (“Mary’s Husband’s Assistant/Kyle”) will remain with the company through September 28, 2025.
Written by Tony Award-winner Cole Escola, and directed by Tony Award-winner Sam Pinkleton, Oh, Mary! opened on Broadway on July 11, 2024, at the Lyceum Theatre, where it became the first show in the theater’s 121-year history to gross more than $1,000,000 in a single week. Oh, Mary! has since broken its own box office record twelve times and became the first show of the 2024–25 Broadway season to recoup its investment.
As previously announced, tickets for Oh, Mary! are on sale through January 4, 2026. General tickets begin at $58.00 (including fees) and are available now on Telecharge, in person at the Lyceum Box Office (149 West 45th Street), or by calling 212.239.6200. A digital lottery is available at OhMaryPlay.com/lottery, with select tickets available at $47.00. A limited number of in-person rush tickets will be available at the Lyceum Theatre Box Office for $43.00, available day-of when the box office opens.
