BROWS: First, Tobi groomed the brows using the Brow Brush from the Tweezerman Brow Scissors & Brush ($21) set. Then, she filled in the brows using the Tweezerman Angled Brow Brush & Spoolie ($16) to apply color.  

LASHES: Tobi started on Diane’s eyes by curling the lashes using Tweezerman Procurl Lash Curler, ($24) focusing on curling at the root of the lash. After she coated the lashes with mascara, Tobi brushed through Diane’s lashes for extra separation using Tweezerman Folding iLashcomb ($13). Finally, she used Tweezerman Classic Slant Tweezer ($24) to apply individual lashes.
