AAFCA to Announce Winners of the 16th Annual AAFCA Awards on December 9th
The African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) is set to unveil the winners of its 16th Annual AAFCA Awards on December 9, as announced by AAFCA President and co-founder Gil Robertson. In addition to recognizing the year's outstanding films and performances, the organization will share its highly anticipated annual Top 10 films list.
Following the announcement, an exclusive celebration honoring the winners will occur on February 19, 2025, at the prestigious Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. This event will highlight remarkable achievements in cinema, focusing on films and performances that represent the Black diaspora. Later this year, four special achievement honorees will also be revealed.
