In celebration of National Voter Registration Day, September 17, Hamilton and Ham4Progress are unveiling a new voting anthem urging American citizens to register for the upcoming Presidential Election on November 5, 2024. "The Election of 2024," performed by members of the Broadway cast —viewable [HERE]—was created in partnership with When We All Vote. This national, nonpartisan initiative is dedicated to transforming the culture around voting and increasing participation in every election, with a focus on closing the race and age gaps.

Ham4Progress is a community highlighting social justice causes and a platform for organizations we want to support. Run by a diverse collective of Hamilton cast members and staff, the group hopes to inspire the community, Hamilton fans, and themselves to action.

Concrete ways people can take action before November 5th include:
- Registering to vote;
- Checking your voter registration status;
- Ensuring you have an accepted form of ID to vote;
- Requesting an absentee/mail-in ballot; and
- Spreading the word to others.

VOTERIDERS
VoteRiders is the country's leading voting rights organization focused on the crucial issue of voter ID. Our mission is to ensure that no eligible voter is prevented from casting a ballot that counts due to voter ID laws, either directly from lack of ID or indirectly because of voter confusion. With over 12 years of on-the-ground experience helping voters with their ID and empowering them to vote with confidence, our work has never been more urgent.

VOTE FORWARD
Vote Forward is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that empowers grassroots volunteers to send handwritten letters encouraging fellow Americans to vote. Vote Forward’s flagship voter contact program trains and supports volunteers writing personal, heartfelt letters to potential voters with an easy-to-use online platform. The majority of our letter-writing campaigns are nonpartisan campaigns, supporting our core 501c(3) and 501c(4) social welfare mission, which focus on mobilizing potential voters in communities that have historically been marginalized in the political process—such as people of color, women, and young voters. We also support 501(c)(4) partisan campaigns to encourage likely Democratic voters to turn out in strategic states and districts.
