HOW TO GET GLORILLA’S “GLO UP CLOSE” BEAUTY LOOK
To smooth, swoop, and lock edges in place, stylist Lauren Lewis used Fenty Hair The Controlling Type Hair-Thickening Edge Control Gel ($18) with The Side Stick 3-in-1 Edge Styling Tool ($18). This repair-infused gel lays and locks hair in place, so not only does it tame flyaways and provide long-lasting, comfortable hold, but it also strengthens and fortifies fragile strands so that you’re nourishing hair while you’re styling. Best of all, The Side Stick offers maximum control and precision as a 3-in-1 styling tool for combing, brushing, laying edges and parting. The result was a snatched high half-ponytail with perfectly swooped and smoothed side bangs and edges.
GloRilla’s go-to beauty look? Glossy lips! Makeup Artist Sadai Banks created a flawless base using all Fenty Skin for prep and Fenty Beauty for the complexion, highlighted by perfectly lined and gorgeously glossy lips. Sadai first lined GloRilla’s lips with Fenty Beauty Trace’d Out Pencil Lip Liner in “I Woodn’t" ($20), which is a neutral brown shade in a creamy, long-wear pencil that delivers a true cast for every lip tone, without looking ashy.
After creating a natural perimeter of the lips, Sadai then applied two different layers of hydrating gloss – first, she used Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix High-Shine Gloss Stick in "Two'Lip Kiss" ($25), a light peach, glossy, medium pigment lipstick followed by Fenty Skin Treatz Hydrating + Strengthening Lip Oil in “Dragon Fruit” ($24). Rihanna’s go-to and best-selling lip care, Fenty Treatz goes on clear and cushions lips with decadent fruit oils and extracts to strengthen the lips’ moisture barrier for a softer, fuller, more kissable pout.
As the ultimate finishing touch, Sadai applied the award-winning and viral-fave body moisturizer, Fenty Skin Butta Drop Whipped Oil Body Cream ($45), and paired with Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil in “How Many Carats?!” ($42), a pure platinum glittering highlighter, using Fenty Beauty Face & Body Kabuki Brush 160 ($34) for a sexy, sparkling and smooth sheen on skin – the perfect complement for any lingerie look.
