Last night (April 3) the Winter Garden Theatre buzzed with excitement as "Good Night, and Good Luck" made its Broadway debut. This stage adaptation of the acclaimed 2005 film marks the first time George Clooney and Grant Heslov have brought their storytelling prowess to the Broadway stage. Under the direction of Tony Award winner David Cromer, the play revisits the pivotal moment when journalist Edward R. Murrow confronted Senator Joseph McCarthy during the height of McCarthyism.
