Dine in Timeless Style at
Grand Brasserie
in Grand Central Terminal
Located inside the landmark Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Brasserie is one of New York City’s newest destinations for elevated French dining. Designed by the acclaimed Rockwell Group, this 400-seat restaurant offers a grand yet welcoming experience, ideal for holiday dining, weekend brunches, or late-night dinners in the heart of Manhattan.
Executive Chef Guillaume Thivet—formerly of Veronika at Fotografiska, Bouley, Brasserie Les Halles, and La Grande Boucherie—has curated a menu that blends classic French techniques with seasonal flair. In addition to brunch, prix fixe, and à la carte offerings, Grand Brasserie is featuring special Easter dishes including:
-
Terrine Forestière – $18
-
Lamb Chops – $59
-
Whole Daurade – $42
-
Carrot Vichy – $12
-
Gratin Dauphinois – $14
The restaurant is thoughtfully divided into two spaces: the main 300-seat dining room, which celebrates the soaring architecture and timeless elegance of Grand Central, and The Green Room, an intimate 100-seat area defined by leather banquettes, a marble bar, and a quieter ambiance.
