Feb. 24, 2026: “The Voice of Hind Rajab,” an Oscar-Nominated Gaza Drama, Hits Digital
Distributor WILLA is bringing one of this awards season’s most searing international films home. Tunisian Best International Feature Oscar nominee “The Voice of Hind Rajab” will be available for digital purchase on Tuesday, Feb. 24, after a strong festival and theatrical run that has earned more than $5.3 million worldwide and a Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize at Venice, where it received an extended standing ovation.
Critics have greeted the film with unusually urgent language. New York Magazine called it “exceptionally powerful,” The Hollywood Reporter praised its “breathtaking directness and simplicity,” and GQ dubbed it “the most vital film of the decade” and “an astonishing blend of dramatisation and reality.”
Based on true events, the film follows Red Crescent volunteers trying to send an ambulance to rescue a five-year-old girl trapped under fire in Gaza, distilling a vast conflict into one perilous mission. Saja Kilani, Motaz Malhees, Amer Hlehel, and Clara Khoury star.
“The Voice of Hind Rajab” is produced by Oscar nominee Nadim Cheikhrouha (“Four Daughters”), Oscar winner Odessa Rae (“Navalny”) and Oscar winner James Wilson (“The Zone of Interest”), with an unusually prominent group of executive producers that includes Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Rooney Mara, Joaquin Phoenix, Alfonso Cuarón, Jonathan Glazer, Michael Moore and Spike Lee.
The film is backed by a broad coalition of production companies, philanthropic foundations, and cultural institutions from Tunisia, Europe, the Middle Eas,t and North America, underscoring its ambition to reach a global audience as it moves from the festival circuit to living rooms.
