In an unprecedented move, NBC's hit competition series "The Voice" has announced that Tony Award® nominee Alex Newell, the sensational lead of Broadway's critically acclaimed musical comedy "Shucked," will deliver a captivating performance of the show's empowering anthem "Independently Owned" on the Season 23 finale. This historic event marks the first time a Broadway production has been showcased on "The Voice."
