The cutthroat world of real estate is returning to Broadway as David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize-winning drama “Glengarry Glen Ross” prepares for a highly anticipated revival. Directed by Tony and Olivier Award-winner Patrick Marber, the production will begin previews on March 10, 2025, and officially open on March 31, 2025, at The Palace Theatre for a strictly 12-week run.
The all-star cast features some of the most recognized names in entertainment, including:
- Kieran Culkin (Succession) as Richard Roma
- Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul) as Shelley Levene
- Bill Burr (Old Dads) as Dave Moss

Set in a Chicago real estate office, “Glengarry Glen Ross” follows a group of salespeople locked in a brutal competition: the top seller wins a car, while the bottom performer loses their job. With biting humor and sharp dialogue, Mamet’s acclaimed drama lays bare the desperation, manipulation, and ambition of its characters, earning praise as a “gorgeous and vicious comedy” by The New Yorker.
The production boasts a top-tier creative team, including:
- Scott Pask (Production Design)
- Jen Schriever (Lighting Design)
- The Telsey Office (Casting)
- Barclay Stiff (Production Stage Manager)
Additionally, Jeffrey Richards, who served as press agent for the original 1984 production, returns as lead producer, continuing his legacy with the 2005 and 2012 revivals.
The revival arrives with a cast whose careers are as compelling as the play itself:
- Kieran Culkin recently won accolades for his role in A Real Pain and was nominated for a 2025 Golden Globe.
- Bob Odenkirk is set to star in Nobody 2 and the suspense-action film Normal.
- Bill Burr is debuting his eighth stand-up special on Hulu and working on his next film project, Born Losers.
- Michael McKean will reprise his role in the sequel to This Is Spinal Tap, Goodbye Cleveland, alongside the original cast.
Tickets for “Glengarry Glen Ross” go on pre-sale beginning December 10, 2024, at 10:30 am ET. General ticket sales start on December 12, 2024, at 10:00 am ET. To secure tickets, visit GlengarryonBroadway.com.
