In what is expected to be one of the most anticipated moments in recent Broadway history, members of the original cast of Hamilton will reunite for a special performance at the 78th Annual Tony Awards, producers announced on Wednesday.

The performance, which marks the 10th anniversary of the groundbreaking musical’s Broadway debut, will bring together more than two dozen of the show’s original stars, including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Daveed Diggs, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Phillipa Soo, Christopher Jackson, Jonathan Groff, and Ariana DeBose. The reunion, described by organizers as “unprecedented,” will celebrate the cultural legacy of a musical that redefined the American stage and launched a generation of performers into stardom.

The Tony Awards, hosted this year by Cynthia Erivo, will air live from Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 8 to 11 p.m. ET on CBS and stream simultaneously on Paramount+ for SHOWTIME-tier subscribers.

The full list of performers for the Hamilton reunion includes Carleigh Bettiol, Andrew Chappelle, Alysha Deslorieux, Sydney James Harcourt, Neil Haskell, Sasha Hutchings, Thayne Jasperson, Jasmine Cephas Jones, Stephanie Klemons, Morgan Marcell, Javier Muñoz, Okieriete Onaodowan, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Jon Rua, Austin Smith, Seth Stewart, Betsy Struxness, Ephraim Sykes, and Voltaire Wade-Greene.

Originally opening on Broadway in 2015 after a sold-out run at The Public Theater, Hamilton went on to become a global phenomenon. It earned a record-breaking 16 Tony nominations and won 11, including Best Musical. The show also received a Grammy Award, an Olivier Award, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and a special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors. Most recently, its original Broadway cast album became the first in theater history to be certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Ahead of the live broadcast, a pre-show titled The Tony Awards: Act One—hosted by Darren Criss and Renée Elise Goldsberry—will air for free on Pluto TV starting at 6:40 p.m. ET. The broadcast will feature exclusive content and live interviews and is available on all major streaming devices and platforms.

The Tony Awards are produced by a partnership between the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, with White Cherry Entertainment's Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss returning as executive producers. Weiss will also direct the live show.

A limited number of tickets to the ceremony are available to the public via TonyAwards.com and Ticketmaster.com, with a four-ticket limit per purchase.

Sponsors for this year’s ceremony include American Express, City National Bank, Carnegie Mellon University, Dewar’s, Baccarat, Cunard, Sofitel New York, Rockefeller Center, and others.
