Actor Thomas Cadrot joins host and creator Sunil Sadarangani of Culture Greenlight® on his podcast 'What Defines Your Culture?' for a warm conversation about acting, identity, language, family roots, and his upcoming Netflix series, Crew Girl. Born in Paris to parents from the French Caribbean, Cadrot grew up across places including Miami, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela, an experience he says shaped him by exposing him to “multiple cultures,” new languages, people, foods, and ways of seeing the world. “I’d rather have experienced more than less,” he says in the episode. That perspective has followed him into his work as an actor, including Lifetime’s Merry Liddle Christmas films with Kelly Rowland, Debris, Nancy Drew, Family Law, and So Help Me Todd — where he worked with Marcia Gay Harden.
