It's called OZY Fest and according to CNBC, it's being called  "New York's answer to SXSW"  a festival that mixes arts, ideas, and food.

OZY Fest is returning to Rumsey Playfield in Central Park on July 21-22 with a killer lineup including Chelsea Handler, Michelle Wolf, Common, Grouplove, Young the Giant, Martha Stewart, Hasan Minhaj, Malcolm Gladwell, Laverne Cox, and more.

Here are five things to know about this year's festival:

- It's the only festival where you can get woke before you get down, by attending talks by thinkers like Malcolm Gladwell, Roxane Gay, and more, before partying to the music of Common, Grouplove, Young the Giant, and more TBA.

- It's a true food festival, with a focus on quality/inventiveness vs. rainbow-everything fads- celebrity chefs Marcus Samuelsson and Roy Choi serve as this years CFOs (Chief Food Officers). After eating, guests can visit the "Good Shit" shopping bazaar, and see world-class art installations.

- It's NYC's most topical festival- catch Michelle Wolf live after her uproarious White House Correspondents Dinner headline, and engage with major politicians across party lines (TBA)- past political headliners have included Corey Booker, Joe Biden, and Jeb Bush.

- It's the only music festival contracted with Central Park, and it's also one of the few festivals backed by a privately owned corporation (OZY Media, the 40M+ reaching daily news source).

- Its clear social message: this year's theme, "See Beyond," will encourage people to engage and break out of their isolated, partisan social media thought bubbles with OZY Fest's well-rounded, convention-shattering lineup.
